Growing your Home Garden with Erin Harrison

Butchering my first chicken several years ago literally wouldn’t have happened without Erin and her incredibly helpful Homesteading DVDs that we’d watched over and over.  I felt as though I was going to pass out when my husband handed me the knife and asked, “You’ve got it from here, right?  You can skin the chicken?” I asked him to give me a few minutes.  I ran back in the house, popped in her DVD, skipped to the butchering chickens part and gained all the confidence I needed to go back out and skin my first bird.  We laughed as I shared that with her after we finished recording this podcast episode. If you are familiar with Erin, you know how sweet she is and what a great teacher too!  She was also the first one I thought of when a few ladies asked questions about gardening recently.   When it comes to homesteading, Erin really knows her stuff!  You’ll also enjoy hearing an update of the family and what all her children are doing now.
