I have Fibromyalgia and there are times when I’m out of action for days at a time, too. What I’m going to do is print off more Time Inventory Charts so I can track my time for a month (or more). I never know what I’m going to have a hard day (I don’t like calling them bad days) and this will help me get an idea of how often I have a hard day in a month. Then, I will make a plan for my good days and another plan for my hard days. If you’re having lots of days when you’re sick, I’d look over my chart and see what I can cut out – at least for now.
